This Privacy Policy describes how Juan Zapata(“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit our website or book an appointment with us. We aim to keep this short and clear.

1. Who we are

When you book an appointment, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Any notes you choose to provide about the appointment
• The service, date, and time you booked

When you visit the website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Confirm, manage, and remind you about your appointment
• Contact you if there is a change or cancellation
• Prevent abuse of the booking system
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the website and booking system. These providers process your information only on our behalf:

• dailybuilt — our booking platform. Securely stores booking records, runs the appointment system, sends booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation emails, and rate-limits the booking form to prevent abuse
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and bot prevention (Turnstile) on the booking form
• Google Analytics 4— aggregate, anonymized website traffic analytics. IP addresses are anonymized by default. We have not enabled ads personalization, Google Signals, or data sharing with Google’s advertising products.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are retained so we can recognize returning clients and keep an accurate service history. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time and we will honor it within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies and local storage

We keep on-device storage limited to what is necessary for the site to function and to understand aggregate traffic patterns:

• Theme preference — a first-party browser storage entry that remembers your light/dark theme choice. No personal information.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — used to distinguish unique visitors and sessions for aggregate analytics. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, or cross-site tracking. IP addresses are anonymized by GA4 before being stored.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at book@jzclipz.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect what you share with us.
